Disassembly and Storage of the Hull of the Phoenician ShipThis initiative began as a personal quest to reinforce cultural identity, honor ancestral craftsmanship, and revive cultural connections with Carthage and other Phoenician cities.

Valorizing Green Spaces in an Urban Environment: Beirut’s Abandoned Railway TrackThis project focuses on personal efforts to clean, rehabilitate, and plant open, abandoned public green spaces along an old railway track in Beirut, encouraging soil restoration and the reuse of neglected public areas for green corridors.
SWIM – Saving Water, Growing CropsThe SWIM project introduces a remote-controlled irrigation system to address water scarcity and help preserve available freshwater resources.
Emergency Responsiveness Initiative in Tyre Caza The Emergency Responsiveness Initiative in Tyre Caza focuses on enhancing capacities and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of preparedness and response mechanisms during disasters, working in Phase 2 with the Union of Tyre Municipalities.
Creation of the National Section of Lebanon – IAPGACE established the national section of Lebanon within the International Association for Promoting Geoethics (IAPG).
